Asst. Manager / Manager – Merchandising

Lead and manage the merchandising team for jacket and outerwear products.
Handle the complete merchandising cycle from buyer inquiry, costing, order confirmation to shipment.
Develop accurate costing, negotiate prices, and ensure healthy margins.
Communicate with buyers and buying houses regarding product development, samples, orders, and approvals.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Fabric, Trims and Washing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor T&A, production progress, quality, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, sample development, and approvals.
Resolve production and buyer-related issues efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with international buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
